PRODUCTION PROCESS
🍃 Once we receive your order, we’ll begin preparing your shoes. If the shoes you’ve chosen are in stock, we’ll expedite the process within the estimated delivery timeframe. The main colors are typically Black and White, while other colors and certain sizes may take additional time to order. These include:

🍃 Once the selected shoes are in stock, we will begin the embroidery process, which can take 3-10 business days depending on the complexity.

Send us reference images, as they greatly assist in the process of creating a unique product together.

🌸 A draft of the embroidery design will be provided for approval before it is applied. Additionally, we will adjust designs to fit the shoe's available space and share images with you.

🍃 Custom embroidery pricing ranges from $10 to $50, depending on complexity.

SIZING GUIDE
🍃 Converse recommends purchasing shoes half a size smaller on their website, especially for those with narrow feet, as Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars and Converse Chuck 70 typically run true to size but are narrow.

🍃 Those with wider feet might consider sizing up half a size since the shoes are inherently narrow with limited stretch due to the material.
