2. DETAILS
Each pair of shoes is meticulously hand-embroidered by skilled craftsmen. In each list, there is a very specific parameter. Size and color chart so you can choose the right shoe size
and favorite shoe color, so please check the shoe size before ordering. After 24 hours from the time you place your order, we will proceed with embroidery and complete the order,
so please check carefully to avoid confusion. The embroidery is meticulous and sturdy.

3. SHIPPING TIME

Shoes will be embroidered and shipped 8 to 16 days after you place your order.

Embroidered shoes can be exchanged if they do not match the embroidery pattern or design that the customer ordered. After 24 hours of placing your order, you cannot change the style or size of the shoes you ordered without the seller's consent via Etsy message.

You can request to see photos of the shoes before shipping by leaving a note in the “notes to seller” section before purchasing and paying.

Buyer will pay round-trip shipping for exchanges if items are made as described and photographed in the listing as well as embroidery fees on shoes.
