1. DETAILS

Every pair of shoes is new from the brand's store. Each pair is hand-embroidered to order, please ensure you choose the correct shoe size before paying. The embroidery is durable and does not fade.

You will receive Converse shoes with embroidered flowers as shown.

Embroidery can be designed from:

➡ I will send you the embroidery drawing before doing it on the shoe. Or you can design a model according to the spatial shape of the shoe and send me a photo.

3. CAUTION:

On their website, Converse recommends buying a half size smaller because, in general, Converse fits better than your typical shoe.

But we only recommend doing this if you have narrow feet, as the Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars and Converse Chuck 70s are a standard size but they are a narrow shoe.

If you have wider feet, you can go up a half size because the shoe is quite narrow and doesn't stretch too much due to its material.

If you already have a pair of Converse, just buy the same size.

4. SHIPPING TIME

✨ Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a link with a tracking number so you can track your package.

✨ Production time is 5-7 days

✨ Production date may change due to workload. Please check my banner for my approximate hours.

Shipping time arrives within

4. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

If there is a problem with your shoes (e.g. wrong size), I will gladly exchange the item for you as long as you contact me within 7 days after you receive the item. Slippers must be in original condition and unworn.
