2. SIZE AND COLORS

In each listing, there is a very specific size table so you can choose the appropriate shoe size, so please pay attention and DON'T MISS checking the shoe size again before ordering. That will help us greatly shorten the order completion time.

3. HOW TO PRESERVE SHOES

You should wash your shoes in cold water and with a soft brush so the embroidery color and pattern will be more durable

4. RETURN POLICY

The seller sends the wrong size and model to the customer: the seller bears all the costs

The seller supports return and exchange when the customer places the wrong order. If the customer orders the wrong size, the error is not caused by the seller, the seller still supports the exchange. However, the customer has to bear the costs when exchanging, the cost of shipping new shoes, the cost of shipping them back to me, the cost of embroidering new shoes.

Refunds are not accepted when the fault is due to the customer.

Return and exchange conditions, only accept returns when customers take photos of the product with all 4 sides and the inside of the shoe tongue so we can check and then proceed to the next step of the exchange.


5. SHIPPING POLICY

As these are manual orders they will not be available, I will start working on them once your order is created.
Completion time: about 3-7 days
Shipping time: about 10-15 days to the US and about 15-20 days to other countries.
